Listra is a 1,439 sq. ft., two-story chalet featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior is comfortable and bright, furnished with new, modern furniture. It can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The design and layout were inspired by designer Rachelle Design.
At the heart of the home is an open-concept living room that connects to the dining area and kitchen. This beautifully arranged living space is framed by double glass sliding doors. A sectional sofa faces a gas fireplace and a smart TV.
Between the fully equipped kitchen and the living room is a dining area with a table that seats 8. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and features all new high-end stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals.
On the main floor, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has double glass doors that lead directly to the outdoor terrace. The master bathroom features a rain shower. Also on the main floor is a second bedroom with a queen bed. The second bathroom, accessible from the hallway, includes a bathtub-shower combination.
Bedrooms three and four are located on the second floor. The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share the third bathroom, which features a rain shower.
From the living room, you can access the outdoor terrace through two glass sliding doors. At one end of the patio is a seating area with a padded sectional sofa. At the other end is a barbecue, a table, and 6 chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. On the side of the house, there is a private hot tub with a beautiful outdoor fire pit surrounded by a stone seating area.
