Completed in May 2023, Villa Savary II is located directly on the shores of Lake Sept-Îles and near Maison Savary, which is also available for rental.
Nestled in a peaceful bay on a 4-acre wooded property, Villa Savary II can accommodate up to 8 guests, ideally 4 couples or one to two families with children or grandchildren. The villa is also equipped with a commercial-grade elevator, making it ideal for seniors or guests with reduced mobility. Villa Savary II can also host friends and family for celebrations, anniversaries, or reunions in a space specifically designed for such occasions. Featuring a Cape Cod style, generous windows, and 4 bedrooms (with the possibility of adding 2 extra bedrooms and bathrooms), your stay is sure to be memorable.

Villa Savary II is connected to the Telus fiber-optic network. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, along with four premium televisions with recording capabilities, a Quest II VR headset, and a Telus ADT security system.
Second Floor
A. Four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a premium king-size bed.
B. A luxurious private bathroom in each bedroom, featuring a glass shower and custom R&L cabinetry from Québec City.
C. Two of the four bathrooms also include large freestanding bathtubs measuring 66 and 72 inches.
