Lake St-Francois-Xavier's Villas, 3 large cottages on the lake, for up to 56 people when renting the 3 chalets. Each villa can also be rented individually: our Villa # 1 - 10 rooms for 24 people, our Villa # 2 - 6 bedrooms for 14 people, and our Villa # 7-3 bedrooms for 18 people. You can also rent a combination of cottages depending on the number of people in your group. The villas, holiday residences, adapt to the needs of individuals, families, groups and companies. Large central rooms and some rooms offer excellent views of the lake. 20 of the 23 rooms have their own bathroom. All our villas are located in the same domain and are adjacent to each other. Restriction We do not rent to groups which all participants have not reached the age of 25, excluding family with children. Outside quietness It is required that quietness outside the Villas be respected after 10pm. At no time should music be installed and heard outside.
