For a swim, take the path leading to the river; a sandy private beach awaits you there. The edge of the water is shallow and access is gradual, gently sloping, which is ideal for young families. Walks in the forest are practiced in all seasons in the many trails of our 55 acres land. For adventurers, enjoy kayaks and browse the Black River on the distance between the cities of Ste-Émélie and St-Jean-de-Matha.
Finish your day around a good fire, while enjoying the spa, and this sheltered from the weather and mosquitoes in the outdooring section. This section is adjacent to the cottage and is accessible from the inside, through the patio doors.

Take note that the property is equiped with video surveillance for outside. The camera only points toward the driveway and not the yard or inside the house.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
Upon entering the cottage, you will have a large wardrobe to put your summer equipment, or, your winter clothes, after a beautiful day outdoors. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept and offer a beautiful light throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped and very convenient for cooking with others, thanks to its kitchen island. In the living room, you will find the fireplace, which will be well appreciated during winter stays. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. The 3 closed bedrooms of the property are upstairs, as well as a second bathroom with bath.

Our rates may vary according to the number of guests (adults aged 13 and over and children aged 3 to 12). Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract. Our rates may vary from season to season and are subject to change without notice.
