The beaches are well equipped and are accessible to a limited number of residents of the area, which makes it a quiet and uncrowded place. (Note that the residence is not at the water's edge directly)
Close to the Sommet Morin-Heights ski resort, the Edelweiss cross-country ski trail and the Balmoral golf course which are all very famous.

The bachelor in the basement is occupied by 2 personnes. The two parts are independent and very intimate from each other. The exits to the gardens are separate and intimate.
