Very nice 3 bedroom condo with a large balcony facing the Yamaska River
The main area, including the living room, dining room and kitchen, has a gas fireplace and overlooks a fully glazed and intimate façade on the forest bordering the river. The unit includes a bathroom, a double sink, bath and shower. The condo can accommodate up to 4 adults and 3 or 4 children depending on their age.
Everything is included and new: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, bedding, pillows, appliances, towels, dishes, utensils, cookware, wifi, etc.
A large shed allows ski equipment and other equipment to be stored safely. The condo is also located in the heart of Bromont, which allows you to do your shopping and go to the restaurant on foot or by bike.
In summer, the condo offers the opportunity to enjoy the many activities in the area. More than 130 km of cycling and walking trails, 3 golf courses nearby, water park, mountain biking, hiking and others!
In winter, you are also less than an hour from Sutton (30 min.), Orford (45 min.) and Owl's Head (50 min.). Winter season pass from December to March at competitive prices. We occupy the condo part-time the rest of the year, but we are flexible to make it available according to your needs.
