The environment is wooded and very private, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. An artificial pond with its water fountain adds to the enchanting decor of the place. The exterior has been designed so that you can enjoy it all day during the beautiful season. You will find a large outdoor table for al fresco dining.
The place is perfect for family and friends gatherings or corporate meetings. In the summer, take advantage of the vast space this property offers for sports and let the kids play outside! A playset with swings and a slide will make them happy. A volleyball court has even been set up.
The sunny terrace awaits you for coffee or simply to relax in good company. The private 4-season hot tub will be greatly appreciated in the evening for relaxation. It is covered, allowing you to enjoy it in all weather conditions. Finish the day around the outdoor fireplace and take the opportunity to admire the starry sky.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the Lanaudière region offers a multitude of activities regardless of the season! Come and explore it! Kayaks are available a 3-minute walk from the cottage, via a small forest trail shared with the neighboring cottage.
Please note that the property is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras. The camera points toward the courtyard entrance and not the property or the interior of the cottage.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS It is possible to rent Le Grand Roy cottage for a wedding or an event. The maximum capacity of the cottage remains 20 people, but you can have up to 60 additional guests on the property for the day. The installation of a tent is allowed, but the location must be approved by the owner. An outdoor portable toilet must be installed at the renters' expense. The cost for this type of event corresponds to the price of the stay for 20 adults, plus a fixed fee of $1200 in addition to the subtotal of the stay, to have the possibility of having guests.

Our rates may vary according to the number of guests (adults aged 13 and over and children aged 3 to 12). Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract. Our rates may vary from season to season and are subject to change without notice.
