Located in the beautiful Bécancour countryside, this cottage for rent is the perfect destination for a stay with family, friends or corporate meetings. The Centre-du-Québec region offers a wide range of outdoor and cultural activities nearby. The house is distinguished by its large grounds, surrounded by fields, forests and gardens.
The cottage's main summer attraction is undoubtedly its large terrace and swimming pool. You can lounge on the terrace from morning to night, and cool off in the pool as often as you like! Children can play outside in the large playground and enjoy the play module!
The Bécancour River runs alongside the property, giving you privileged access to it, just a few minutes' walk away, via a woodland path. Access to the river is natural and undeveloped. Please note that the descent to the water is steep.
The biocancour farm is next door. The farm sells vegetable baskets and local products. The farm's greenhouses and animals are close to the house. You can visit the animals with the owners' permission!
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This large property has 7 bedrooms as well as 5 complete bathrooms and a powder room. Spaces are large, allowing groups to gather without stepping on each other's toes.
