Mini cottage for rent in Wotton, in the Eastern Townships! Located directly on the banks of the Nicolet River, leading to the Trois-Lacs.
With its land on the waterfront, this cottage invites to water activities and fishing. Let yourself be tempted and put the line in the water at the end of the dock, you may be lucky enough to catch some catches. Swimming is also possible in this shallow water with sandy bottom. For the adventurous, a 45-minute kayak ride will take you to Trois-Lacs, with several beautiful beaches uncrowded throughout the descent. Some portage locations are to be expected when the river is low.
A host of activities are within your reach in the region, including climbing Mont Ham Sud and several gourmet experiences. For golf lovers, you will find a few minutes drive from the Royal Estrie Golf Course. In winter, the golf course is converted into cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR
The perfect chalet for a stay as a couple or family! You enter the cottage, and it is a beautiful open area overlooking the river and the forest that is offered to you. Despite the small dimensions of the chalet, you will find comfort in this seaside chalet. The floor is completed by a sitting area with sectional sofa bed and television, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The mezzanine-style bedroom is accessed by ladder. We would like to point out that caution must be exercised when using it and that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Note that the ceiling of the mezzanine is low and sloping. The ladder can be raised to clear space in the open area.

Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract. Our rates may vary from season to season and are subject to change without notice.
