THE PRIVATE BEACH AND SANDY LAKE BOTTOM
The beach descends gently and gradually ideal for children. There is a small transition in gravel then it is only sand. Up to a depth of 5 feet you still have your feet in the sand, no muddy bottom, no algae. The dock is not floating and unstable it is fixed, solid and spacious, there is a boat lift with roof of a maximum of 4,000 pounds
THE COTTAGE IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE EDGE OF THE LAKE of 200 feet of facade, has 80 feet in gentle slopes. Built in 2010 it is very comfortable with heated floor and well equipped. The kitchen includes 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 double sinks, 2 ovens; an electric micro-convention and gas convection, another microwave oven. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, Ideal for 2 respectful and cared for families from 14 people to 16 people

Basic rates applicable during the low season period (November, April, mid-May) and excluded public holidays. Prices vary according to the seasons and so please refer to the table or send us a message and we will be happy to answer you. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cleaning fees must be added to the rate in the table. Contact us for prices as we do specials too. Deposit of 1000 due to the reservation and will be refunded maximum 7 days after the stay if no damage is made and the rules of the chalet have been respected. Full payment due 4 weeks before the start of the stay. (Interac or cash transfer) Small pets may be allowed for an extra charge
