IN SUMMER
Access to Lake Lepage a 3-minute walk away will allow you to enjoy a private beach, swimming and motorless boats available on site. In addition, depending on the season, several tourist activities are available in the region of Saint-Côme, Lanaudière.
IN WINTER
You can enjoy all winter activities including downhill skiing 12 minutes from the Val St-Côme resort, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fatbike and doo skiing. The Plaisir Passion multifunctional trail is 2 minutes away!

Access to Lac Lepage from the private park located on Denise Street.
Boat available on the beach (type to be confirmed), seat belts included.
The tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times. Curfew 11pm to 7am
No outside noise after 11pm. Fishing and fireworks are prohibited to tenants.
Deposit of 50% upon booking and 50% 10 days before rental.
Possibility to cancel the reservation with deposit refund within 10 days of the first deposit if and only if the booking start date is more than 10 days after the deposit.
Security deposit of $ 750 required 10 days before the stay
