Guests have access to an outdoor common area of the complex Le Memph (8 units) with a spa (7-seater Jacuzzi) operational all year round and an in-ground swimming pool open in summer.


Great location: 10 min walk to the main beach (Plage des Cantons), 5 min bike ride to downtown Magog and 10 min drive to Mont-Orford.


A perfect place to enjoy the all the activities the region has to offer, in winter as well as in summer.
