Are you looking for tranquility, but at the same time activities for your family or group of friends? This charming ancestral home is located in Cleveland, in the Eastern Townships. In the countryside, at the end of a private road, with only one neighbour a few hundred metres from the chalet, privacy and tranquillity are the order of the day.
The large in-ground salt pool (18X33) will please you! A private 4-season spa is also available, in addition to being covered and sheltered in case of bad weather.
In the evening, you can gather around a good meal prepared on one of the BBQs, then end the day by a fireplace.
Nature lovers will be delighted: the place offers breathtaking landscapes, birds sing and the scent of flowers fills the air. In the woods, a stream with a small waterfall is accessible 750 feet from the cottage.
See wild turkeys, deer and foxes, wide varieties of birds, and bluebirds. For the older children, there is a volleyball court, a game of horseshoes, and a pétanque. For children, a sandbox, swings and games are at their disposal. In winter, bring cross-country skis, snowshoes and wild sledding to get some fresh air! Come tubing with the kids!
Please note that the property is equipped with camera surveillance for the exterior. The camera only points to the parking lot.

Ground floor: Kitchen and dining room / Living room with fireplace with a Double bed pull out couch/ Multifunction room, bedroom # 1: 1 sofa bed / Full bathroom (with bath-shower).
Upstairs: Closed Bedroom # 2: 1 King Bed / Bedroom # 3: 1 Queen bed and 1 Simple bed / Bedroom # 4: 1 Queen bed / Bedroom # 5: 1 Queen bed and 1 Double bed / Full bathroom.
Games room: Games room with pool table, propane heated, excepted for January and February. No heating for these 2 months.
Guest house (bedroom #6) :1 King size bed / Small kitchen with a tiny fridge, 2 place-dining table, 52' TV and an armchair / half bathroom

Our rates may vary according to the number of guests (adults aged 13 and over and children aged 3 to 12). Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract. Our rates may vary from season to season and are subject to change without notice.
