The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

Minimum Stay: Minimum of 2 nights at all times.
A 3-night minimum may apply during long weekends, holiday periods, and construction weeks.

Pet Policy:
Dogs are accepted under certain conditions and only with prior approval. Dogs must be over 1 year old.
Additional fee: $50–$75 per stay + tax

Reservation Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required to confirm any reservation.
The final payment (including the $600 security deposit) must be made 30 days prior to check-in.

Late Reservations:
For reservations made less than 30 days before the rental period, full payment is required at the time of booking.
No credit will be issued for early departures.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking OR if cancelled 90 days before the start of the stay.

If cancelled between 90 and 30 days before the start date, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable.

If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation is non-refundable. Only the $600 security deposit will be refunded.

When you've made your choice, a few common sense tips before you send money

It is important to speak orally to the owner or manager of the accommodation and validate the phone number on the web.
Ideally, the deposit should not exceed 20 to 30% of the total rental amount
The balance should be paid upon delivery of the keys
Prefer payment by credit card (easier to cancel and / or trace)
If you are paying by Interac, be sure to send the money to the correct recipient.

Finally, if you receive an email from a different person or from an agency you have never contacted suggesting another chalet, be very vigilant and do not follow up if you have any doubts.
