This superb cottage for rent will charm you for sure by its waterfront location and its many amenities. Located in the municipality of Rivière-à-Pierre, at 1 and a half hour from Quebec, you will have a direct access to Lac Vert for swimming and water activities. We lend you pedal boat to allow you to explore this beautiful lake. Enjoy your stay to get some sun, whether on the dock, feet in the water, or on the newly redone terrace. Take note that there are stairs to access the lake.
Enjoy the outdoors as much as possible; prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy your meals outside on the terrace, then make a fire at the end of the day to keep you warm! We even supply wood! A private 4-season hot tub is also at your disposal.

Au Petit Cap Vert is a charming cottage, perfect for a small family or a group of maximum 6 people. The ground floor is open concept, allowing everyone to be together during the stay. You will find in the middle of this space a wood stove, which will be greatly appreciated during winter stays, after a day of outdoor activities. Even from the inside, you can contemplate the lake in the early morning, while having your coffee! A closed bedroom is on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find another open area, the mezzanine. This room has 1 double bed and 2 twin bed. A bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub complete the house. Thank you for not bringing animals to the cottage; they are not allowed at this cottage for rent.

Mezzanine upstairs with a ceiling fan: 1 double bed and 2 twin beds / bathroom with bath.
