These two neighboring cottages can be combined to be rented together for your gatherings, weddings or other family or corporate events
Luxury surrounded by nature is what awaits you at Le Grand Roy and Le NerBert cottages. These two superb log cabins in Lanaudière are located in Mandeville, directly on the banks of the Mastigouche River. The environment is wooded and very intimate, allowing you to enjoy nature to the fullest. The exterior has been laid out so that you can enjoy it all day, during the summer months. You will find at each cottage a large outdoor table to enjoy your meals in the open air, to the sound of the river flowing nearby.
The place is perfect for meetings with family and friends, or even corporate meetings. In summer, take advantage of all the space these fields offer to play sports and let the children play outside! A game module with swings and a slide will delight them. Kayaks are available 5 minutes walk from the cottages, via a small path in the forest.
The two private 4-season spas will be well appreciated in the evening to rest. These are covered, allowing you to enjoy them rain or shine. End the day around the outdoor fireplace, and take the opportunity to admire the starry sky.
For outdoor enthusiasts, many hiking trails are nearby and in the beautiful region of Lanaudière, for hours of fun. You can join the snowmobile and ATV trails from the cottage.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
It is possible to rent the cottages Le Nerbert and Le Grand Roy for a wedding or an event. The maximum capacity of the cottages remains 20 people respectively, but you can have up to 60 additional guests on the ground, for the day. The installation of a marquee is permitted, but the place of installation must be approved by the owner. An outdoor chemical toilet must be installed, at the expense of the tenants. The cost for this type of event corresponds to the price of the stay for 38 adults, in addition to a fixed rate of $1,500 for the subtotal of the stay, in order to have the possibility of having guests.
