This magnificent rustic yet very modern chalet sits on a 37,000 sq. ft. wooded lot, just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Montreal. A very peaceful setting with no nearby neighbors. Enjoy access to the Ouareau River, with a small municipal beach only 5 minutes from the chalet.
This chalet offers tranquility and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.
On the garden level, you will find two bedrooms, each with two double beds, and a full bathroom, as well as a queen sofa bed in the garden-level living room. To make your stay even more enjoyable, this level also features a lounge area with a smart TV, a pool table, and a foosball table, all set on heated concrete floors.
The open-concept main floor features a living room surrounded by expansive windows, offering a stunning view of the surrounding nature.
The highly functional kitchen includes a large quartz island that can easily accommodate several guests. All appliances are high-end and stainless steel. You will also find a very large primary bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite full bathroom. You will be delighted by the spacious shower equipped with three rainfall showerheads. A home office space for remote work is also available.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with two rosewood double beds, a reading nook, and a spacious walk-in closet. There is also a warm, contemporary-style bedroom with a double bed, as well as a full bathroom with a multi-jet shower. In addition, you will find a mezzanine equipped with reclining El-Ran sofas, offering breathtaking views of nature through the chalet’s large windows, along with a double sofa bed.
The outdoor layout includes a large balcony equipped with a gas barbecue (included). You will be charmed by the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere from this elevated space, as well as its sunny area.
On the garden level, you can enjoy a very large therapeutic spa that can accommodate up to 8 people and will certainly enhance your relaxation. The spa is protected by a shelter in case of inclement weather. A designated outdoor area is also available for relaxing around a fire while enjoying roasted marshmallows.
An electric vehicle charging station is located in the parking area.
All you need to bring is your food, as everything else is provided: bedding, sheets, cookware, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, as well as a washer and dryer.
Please note that all our mattresses are equipped with bed bug–proof encasements for your peace of mind.

You will also appreciate the convenience of a large Provigo grocery store and an SAQ liquor store, both located 20 minutes from the chalet. A convenience store with restaurant services is only 5 minutes away.
