Primary bedroom (closed): A comfortable bed in an intimate and calming space.
Mezzanine (open): A cozy bed with the added bonus of a view over the living area.
Living spaces:
Modern kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with an island and two chairs, perfect for preparing and enjoying your meals. The water is potable.
Dining room and living room: A table with seating for four and a large L-shaped sofa are available in a bright, open space designed for comfort and togetherness.
Bathroom: A modern space combining functionality and aesthetics.
Entertainment: Video game console (Nintendo Switch) and an electronic Infinity game table for fun evenings with friends or family.

Outside:
Patio and terrace: Enjoy a large outdoor area furnished with patio furniture, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. A gazebo with mosquito netting is also available.
Private pool: Available from June 30 to October 15 for refreshing sunny days.
Please note: the pool is not heated. Its temperature depends on weather conditions.
Spa: Accessible year-round, a true oasis of relaxation in nature.
Barbecue: Prepare your favorite grilled meals outdoors.
River access: Located 3 minutes by car, ideal for nature lovers and water activities. Paddleboards are available (with transport and inflation kits), and a dock is accessible.
Outdoor activities: Enjoy summer games such as Spikeball and Cornhole for fun moments. A volleyball net and a soccer goal are also available.

Capacity: Maximum of 4 guests, ideal for a couple, a small family, or a pair of friends.
Pets: Up to two pets may be accepted, upon request only.
