50% of the rental cost is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is payable 30 days before the start date of the stay.
RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation must be made by written notice sent to the Lessor.
If the cancellation notice is received before March 1, 2026, the 50% deposit will be refunded by the Lessor.
If the cancellation is made after March 1, the Lessee will be required to pay the security deposit, and it will not be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs after the start date of the stay, the Lessee will be required to pay the full rental amount.
