This family chalet, spread over three levels, is fully equipped and newly redecorated to ensure a memorable stay. It is a semi-detached home with only one neighboring unit. The huge balconies facing the river, with full sun all day long, offer exceptional privacy and brightness.
With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, the property can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is the ideal place for family and friends to gather in a warm and relaxing atmosphere year-round. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that encourages conversation around the island, including a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking utensils. A fondue set and raclette grill are also provided.
Two air-conditioning units (heat pumps) are available—one on the main floor and the second in the primary bedroom on the ground floor. A slow-combustion fireplace is perfect for cooler evenings. The chalet also features a washer and dryer, BBQ, and an outdoor spa that is operational year-round. Please note that each unit has its own private spa at the base of the chalet. Living area amenities include a television, ping-pong table, board games, and a Wii console. A large walk-in closet is available for clothing storage, as well as an outdoor shed for equipment storage (skis, snowboards, bicycles). The only shared space is the parking area, where several parking spots are available.
Firewood is not provided. We recommend bringing eco-logs, available at hardware stores, as they offer higher energy efficiency than traditional firewood and are more environmentally friendly.
