La Charbonnière: where nature and architecture become one
Are you someone who collects design and architecture magazines? If so, a stay within the walls of this chalet will certainly delight you. Located in the Cap-à-l'Aigle area of Charlevoix, this organically inspired chalet has been shaped in harmony with the land.
On the main floor, you'll find the common living area. This space includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a wood-burning stove. To keep you warm in winter, or after a great day of skiing, the chalet features radiant stone flooring. Also on the main floor, you can enjoy an indoor sauna offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River.
Continuing your visit to the garden level, you will discover 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are suites featuring a king or queen bed, a small lounge area, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also an adjoining bedroom, which includes 1 queen bed, 3 single beds for children, a bathroom, and a small lounge.
Please note that the bedrooms can accommodate a total of 4 adults and 3 children.
Fully equipped kitchen (cookware, drip coffee maker and espresso machine, dishes, utensils, matching glassware, fondue set, etc.); toilet paper provided for the start of your stay; linens and towels included; wood provided for indoor fireplace and wood stove; indoor sauna; induction cooktop, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone (long-distance calls at the tenant's expense), televisions, Sonos system, DVD player, high-speed Internet / Wi-Fi; outdoor terrace with patio furniture and electric barbecue.

Photos labeled “Hameau | Common Area” are of the shared pavilion, which you have free access to when renting this chalet. You will have access to a swimming pool and a tennis-basketball court. Time slots must be reserved for private lounges and the tennis court. No reservation is required for swimming. Reservations are made directly on site.
