This chalet was once a memorable restaurant at Mont-Sainte-Anne. The restaurant “Chez Albert” was renowned for its wood-fired pizza, enjoyed by food lovers for 25 years. This ancestral Québec-style building was constructed in 1980 by Albert Alarcon, of French origin.
Following several renovations and transformations, this chalet now offers the opportunity to open your very own restaurant for a few days. Whether you hire a chef, use a catering service, or prepare meals yourself, a fully equipped and functional commercial kitchen is available for guests.
The bar area, decorated with numerous mirrors, allows you to serve drinks in style. The pizza oven is still fully operational, giving enthusiasts the chance to enjoy authentic wood-fired cooking. Spacious, bright, and welcoming, the original dining room is equipped to accommodate groups of up to 40 guests.
