This adorable cottage is set in the heart of a small hidden valley on more than two acres of land with a private lake. Guests are likely to catch sight of deer, herons and many other forms of wildlife. The cottage’s charming décor combines cozy comfort with simplicity. Quality bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and quiet surroundings all make for a peaceful getaway. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, you can still spend time outdoors in the gazebo by a small cascading stream. The gazebo features an indoor barbecue, refrigerator, dining space and lounge area. The private therapeutic, all-season outdoor spa has six adjustable positions and maintains a constant temperature of 100°F. The cool, spring-fed lake is private, although access is shared with guests at another cottage (Au Balcon Vert d'Ulverton). The two cottages are at opposite ends of the lake, ensuring that all guests can enjoy an intimate stay. * The lake is not conducive to swimming because of its cool temperature, the occasional presence of aquatic plants and a muddy bottom. Between Thanksgiving and the Patriots' weekend, we can not guarantee that the watercrafts will be available. * The cottage has two floors. The ground floor is open concept and features a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a glass-door wood stove that lends the cottage a warm atmosphere. The delightful bathroom features a clawfoot tub. Upstairs are two closed bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a large open-concept bedroom with one queen-size and one single bed.
