No refunds on cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the occupation date.
A refundable security deposit of $1000 maximum is required on every unit rented. This deposit must be paid by credit card upon your arrival before we hand over the keys.
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a cottage and must be present during the stay.
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy posted for each cottage anytime during your stay.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking is allowed in the cottages.
