The ideal cottage for a family, sportsmen and for people who are simply looking for a beautiful cottage 10 feet from Lake Orford. The cottage offers a magnificent view of the lake, Mont Orford, not to mention the magnificent sunsets. This cottage is located halfway between Eastman and Magog. Within 10 km you will find a large number of activities.


In summer, you can swim, canoe or kayak, snorkel, fish or just relax while watching the view from the terrace facing the lake. You will bathe in clear water, renowned for its high quality. Lake Orford is one of the most beautiful lakes in the region for swimming. You can also walk from the cottage for your hikes in the Sentiers de l'Estrie or in the Parc du Mont-Orford. Mont Orford Golf Club and Manoir des Sables Golf Club are a 5-minute drive away. The region also offers many good restaurants and recognized spas. 2 kayaks are included.


In winter, go skiing at Mont Orford 5 minutes from the cottage by car or at Owl's Head, Bromont or Sutton mountains which are 30 minutes away. Go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing on the trails of nearby Parc du Mont Orford. Come hike in the beautiful Mont Orford Park and participate in the many activities of the Magog/Orford region.
