Launching for boats and watercrafts less than 5 km to the municipal marina. Fishing permitted on the Lac-St-Jean. Golf club Lac-St-Jean in less than 45 minutes (48 km). Ski hill: Mont Lac-Vert within 50 minutes (55 km) Snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and fishing on the lake in winter. PAYMENT POLICY:

50% payment by check mailed the same day of booking and full payment must be paid by a postdated check 60 days prior to day 1 of your rental (both checks posted simultaneously).

Deposit safety $200 (The deposit of safety will be paid off in 7 days after the departure)

For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of occupation, full payment will be required (bank transfer or money).
