Large 4 season cottage located on the edge of Lake Lyster in Coaticook (Baldwin Mill's), has a vast flat land on the edge of the water. Near Mount Pinacle, the large windows allow to have a surprising view on the Lake!

Fully equipped and spacious, this chalet can accommodate 8 people to sleep comfortably: * 3 bedrooms (2 double beds & 1 double bed) * bunk bed and sofa bed available in the basement * fully equipped kitchen (including salt, pepper, spices, etc.) * 1 full bathroom, 2 bathrooms * Sauna * indoor heated pool 3 seasons (out of service from mid-October to mid-May) * fireplace - fire of camp on the edge of the water * floating dock & dock * Kayaks * fishing convenience store and restaurant nearby, 2 minutes from the Golf - 35 minutes from Mont Orford.

Month: arrival and departure to discuss payment terms: 25% of the rental amount is required at the time of reservation (non-refundable in case of cancellation). The other amount will be required during the week prior your arrival. These two payments must be e-transfer (at the time of booking and the week prior the arrival).
In addition to the 2nd payment of the rental, a security deposit is requested, Interac transfer please. This deposit will be returned if the condition of the sites is deemed appropriate within 10 days of departure.

When you've made your choice, a few common sense tips before you send money

  • It is important to speak orally to the owner or manager of the accommodation.
  • Ideally, the deposit should not exceed 20 to 30% of the total rental amount
  • The balance should be paid upon delivery of the keys
  • Prefer payment by credit card (easier to cancel and / or trace)
  • If you are paying by Interac, be sure to send the money to the correct recipient.

Finally, if you receive an email from a different person or from an agency you have never contacted suggesting another chalet, be very vigilant and do not follow up if you have any doubts.
