Imagine yourself overlooking the vast expanse, nestled atop the famous walls of Saint-Fabien-sur-Mer. This chalet is more than just a place to stay; it's a private belvedere where time seems to stand still.
Here, each season paints its own picture: the melodious awakening of birds in spring, the caress of the summer sun on the terrace, and the spectacular blaze of color on the hills as autumn arrives. Your gaze will never tire of the panoramic view: the majestic St. Lawrence River, the mysterious silhouette of the Bic Islands, and the peaceful charm of the village below.
For hiking enthusiasts, the Coulombe Trail begins practically at your doorstep, inviting you to explore the wilderness in every season. And to end your days in style, the sky often offers its most spectacular sight: a blazing sunset plunging directly into the river.
Important note: The chalet's privileged hillside location requires special attention for young children and people with reduced mobility.
Maximum 4 adults.
Rental period: May 2nd to October 31th, 2026.
High season (June 20th to September 12th): Saturday to Saturday, 7-night minimum stay.
Low season: 3-night minimum stay. Specials for 14 days or more in low season only.

Restrictions

Prohibited: Pets, smoking (tobacco/cannabis/vaping), and parties.
Payment: 50% upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in: 3 PM - 8 PM. Check-out: 10 AM (key handover).
Security deposit: Refunded within 10 business days after inspection, provided the rules are followed. More details are available on the booking platform.
