It includes: Second floor: - 7 bedrooms on the second floor, 1 of them has a 1 private bathroom , 3 with lakeview - 3 bathrooms First Floor - 1 huge living area (900sf),and 1 smaller private one with a sofa bed; Both of them have a fire place, - 1 large dining area - 1 reading room with a lot of books for children & adults - 1 powder room, - 1 kitchen, 2 fridges - 1 laundry room with washer and dryer Both floors have a very large balcony on the lake; Mountain view also; Access to Internet, Satellite TV , DVD player etc... The cottage is located in a very private and quiet 1000.000 sf wooded area and 4000 feet of lake front, Rawdon area, 1h15 from Montreal. Rates are for 12 people; $85 /2 nights/additional person(+Taxes ) Weekday (min 2 nights) a Deposit of 50% of total is required upon booking (non-redeemable); the other 50% is required upon arrival. A cash security deposit is required upon arrival and will be redeemed at the end of the stay after inspection of the cottage if no damage has occurred and propertuy rules have been respected.
Strict rules with regards to music outside the cottage and noise exist.
