This hospitable cottage set on a large wooded property in the heart of nature borders wonderful Lac Nicolet, renowned for its natural environment. Fed by a clear natural spring, the lake boasts excellent swimming. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay in comfort and privacy.
With a pebbly lake bottom that drops off gradually, children of all ages will enjoy getting into the water. Small watercraft are available to guests to explore the calm lake and shoreline. Don’t forget your fishing gear—the lake abounds with a variety of fish, including three species of trout.
Important: Regulations Regarding Watercraft
Please note that motorboats are permitted.
To launch your motorized watercraft, you must use the municipal boat ramp, where a cleaning is required before launching. (Please contact the municipality beforehand at 819-344-5171, https://www.saints-martyrs-canadiens.ca/nous-joindre).
It is strictly forbidden to launch your watercraft directly from the chalet property.
Cleaning of all watercraft is mandatory and must be done at the municipal washing station, located at 13, chemin du Village; fees apply.
Bring each day to relaxing in the private all-season hot tub or gather with family and friends around a roaring bonfire (wood provided)!

This cottage has especially large windows and distinctive open areas, including a large veranda with abundant natural lighting all year round. Everything you need for a trouble-free vacation is right here. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary masterpieces prepared in good company. If the weather turns cold, just light a fire in the slow burning wood stove in the basement. The property has 4 closed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pets are not allowed at the cottage, both outside and indoors.
