Located in the country, near the village of L'Avenir, this cottage for rent has everything you need for a relaxing stay by the river. Here, the time of a stay, you may live to the rhythm of the Rivière St-François, which runs along the cottage's land. The house, perched on a hill, offers a breathtaking view on the river's valley. In summer, you can practice water sports, thanks to the 3 kayaks that we leave at your disposal, or even go fishing with the boat we provide. Swimming is nice when the water level of the river allows it. Just go down the wooden stairs leading directly to the water. In summer, the river is usually quite low so you can walk along it and enjoy the small sandy beach. When the river is high, the current can become very strong. Always wear your life jacket. To enhance your stay and ensure optimal relaxation, a private 4 seasons hot tub is also at your disposal. In the evening, do not hesitate to light a fire outside. Firewood is naturally provided for your stay. Days ending around a good fire, with friends or family, are always memorable! *** Between Thanksgiving and the Patriots' weekend, we can not guarantee that the dock will be installed and that the watercrafts will be available. *** For an enchanting stay, bathed in natural light and sunshine, the cottage Au Bec du Canard is the perfect place. With its large windows overlooking the river, you will have a beautiful light in the house, throughout the day. The house has 3 bedrooms as well as 2 full bathrooms with a shower each, and a bathtub in one of them.

Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract.
