Pricing:

Price based on 6 people. Add $ 50 per night per additional person. In the event of a difference in the price with our website, the price of the website will be applied (www.lejadaniechalet.ca). Prices are subject to GST, QST and taxes on lodging of 3.5%. The cleaning fee is included.



Rental conditions:

• Pets: You can bring a small pet with the owner approval. There is $100 fees

• Garage access: You can add an garage access to your stay. There is $100 fees



Reservation policy:

You must make a deposit of 25% of the total amount to confirm your reservation. This amount is non-refundable.

The balance is due 30 days before your arrival. This amount is non-refundable.

You will need to make a security deposit of $ 500 2 days before your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your departure, following the visit of the housekeeper.



Cancellation policy:

You can cancel your reservation 30 days before your arrival. However, the 25% payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable.

In the event of a shortened stay by the tenant, the total rental price is entirely due to the landlord (no refund).



Covid19

The Jadanie chalet is located in Lanaudière en Matawinie in the town of Saint-Côme. It complies with current health regulations.

A reservation made with knowledge of the current pandemic state, regardless of the color zone of your home, notwithstanding that of the reserved chalet, will not be refunded despite the discouragement of the government, unless there is a clear and precise prohibition on preventing the rental of the chalet or access to the region. There will be no refund due to the number of people / family bubbles. The curfew does not prevent the rental of the chalet.

When you've made your choice, a few common sense tips before you send money

  • The balance should be paid upon delivery of the keys
