The 13,000 sq. Ft. (1,200 sq. Ft.) building includes 9 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a 1400 square foot (130 sq. Ft.) Kitchen and an 800 sq. ft. solarium / living room (75 sq. ft.).
For cycling, skiing and nature lovers L'Usine offers direct access via its course on the Tomifobia Nature Trail. A 19 km trail along the Tomifobia River, between Route 141 at Ayer's Cliff and Route 247 in Beebe (Stanstead), Quebec, in the heart of the Eastern Townships natural and architectural heritage.

Our rates may vary according to the number of guests (adults aged 13 and over and children aged 3 to 12). Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract. Our rates may vary from season to season and are subject to change without notice.
