This brand new cottage for rent has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining stay. At Au Moderna du Lac Aylmer, enjoy a new and luxurious chalet fully equipped, while enjoying the nature, by going to the lake to relax or to go on a swim.
In summer, swimming is pleasant and safe as the entry to the water is shallow and gradual. The bottom of the water is sandy with small rocks. You will have access to the beautiful Lake Aylmer, at a 2-minute walk from the cottage. Go down the street to the lake, and you will find the large semi-private grassy yard waiting for you. There are two docks, one of which is private for your own group. You can moor a boat for the duration of the stay or use a dock at the local marina, in Disraeli. Two kayaks and a boat are also available during your stay.
To enhance your stay, you can enjoy the cultural and sports activities offered in the region. Nature lovers will be able to enjoy ATV trails (6 km from the chalet) or walking trails nearby at Parc Bellerive.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
Entering the chalet, you will find a large open area including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with fireplace. This room lets in tons of light thanks to the large windows overlooking the landscape of Lake Aylmer. This room is large and comfortable for groups of up to 10 people. A bathroom is on this floor. The 3 closed rooms of the property are on the ground floor, with a bathroom with a bath-shower. There is also a living room area with a patio door leading to the yard.
Upstairs: Open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa-bed / 1 bathroom with glass shower.
Ground floor: Living room with sofa-bed / 3 closed bedrooms with a Queen-size bed each / 1 bathroom with bath-shower.

Our rates may vary according to the number of guests (adults aged 13 and over and children aged 3 to 12). Maximum capacity must be respected at all times, indoors and outdoors, for dinner or overnight stays. All persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated on the contract. Our rates may vary from season to season and are subject to change without notice.
