You are within walking distance of the beautiful Lake Memphremagog Beaches, downtown and all its tourist attractions and nature with a good walk to the cherry path. Mont Orford is less than 10 minutes away. The place is quiet, relaxing and close to all services. Really one of the best situation between the city and nature.
