About the chalet Welcome to Chalet Le Suisse at Domaine Val-des-Lacs, located in the beautiful Laurentians. Capable of accommodating up to 30 visitors, this spacious chalet is perfect for gatherings of family, friends, events and corporate retreats, with its open space on the ground floor.

- For a cancellation made more than 31 days from the arrival date: the first payment of 50% can be used as credit for a future rental at the same chalet, or can be refunded.
- For a cancellation made less than 30 days from the arrival date: none of the amounts received are refundable and no credit will be applicable for a future reservation at the same chalet.

When you've made your choice, a few common sense tips before you send money

It is important to speak orally to the owner or manager of the accommodation and validate the phone number on the web.
Ideally, the deposit should not exceed 20 to 30% of the total rental amount
The balance should be paid upon delivery of the keys
Prefer payment by credit card (easier to cancel and / or trace)
If you are paying by Interac, be sure to send the money to the correct recipient.
