For you outside, a huge covered gallery with lake views to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the beautiful sunsets with private spa. South side, terrace with comfortable patio, and BBQ.
In summer: water sports, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating, swimming, hiking, cycling, fishing, boccia, bollo, .. You have a boat, dock at your disposal, a boat ramp 2 km away. (Mandatory landing stage - as well as proof of washing of the boat)
Private beach, summer pavilions (summer kitchen), sun loungers, picnic table and outdoor fire pit at the water's edge, about 40 meters from the house (there is a path between the 2) included in the base price.
