50 minutes away from Quebec City, the Family House is located on the main road connecting Saint-Raymond to Rivière-à-Pierre. Its modern design ponctuated with rustic details offers a warm and welcoming environment. A short car trip allows you to take advantage of the many attractions offered in the region: beach, hiking, cross-country ski trails, family ski center, horseback riding and more. Its location is ideal for cyclists and snowmobilers. In summer, the JCP bike path is accessible directly from the property, while in winter, it becomes the federated trail 73.
With a field as big as 775 000 square feet, young and old can enjoy it. A large space to play, an outdoor fireplace and a direct access to the Vélopiste as well as to the federated snowmobile trail are the main components around the cottage.
Housing
This modern country house built on two floors with 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open area on the living room, kitchen and dining room. The huge kitchen central unit is certainly one of the most unifying elements. The dining table can easily accommodate 10 people while the island can accommodate 5 additional people. In the living room you will find two sofas. A full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with Queen bed are also on this level.
Upstairs you will find a small living room for children, 3 additional bedrooms and a second toilet.
Outside, a large covered patio allows you to enjoy the BBQ. The outdoor spa is positioned to maximize your enjoyment of sunsets. A campfire area is set up and you have direct access to the bike and the federated snowmobile trails.
