This residence is not so much a luxury home as it is a unique and phenomenal work of art. Entirely conceived and built by Robert Lachance, famed sculptor for his ''oeuvre d'art" houses. This house being his third coming after La Romane and Le Sculptural. Art and nature lovers as outdoors enthusiasts will intensely appreciate this off the beaten path propriety.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 completely enclosed and, since nothing is conventional the other 3 are visually intimate but somewhat open-planned. This makes it possible to accommodate up to 14 people (Rate according to number of people) on its 6000 square foot area and 3 bathrooms.
The ground floor encompasses a vast kitchen-dinning-living room area as well as a very large bathroom and an enormous bedroom. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Another bedroom and a kids playroom are perched on the third floor mezzanine. The 10 feet high basement houses 2 very large bedrooms a shower room and a living room featured by the thermal mass fire place. It is rater hard to describe the many boudoires and office spaces in this out of the ordinary house. BUT one thing is for certain, you will never feel claustrophobic!
