This custom built cottage is perfect for the large family. It features an open concept design perfect for family fun inside and out. It is situated on 5 acres of privacy on the exceptionally clean Hollow River. Lake of Bays is a 10 min boat ride down the river. We will even include the boat.
Hollow River has excellent fishing opportunities with bass, pike and perch.
Explore the quiet, peaceful and untouched environment the river offers with an early morning kayak. Rental includes a paddle boat and four kayaks and a canoe.

Cottage also features a large screened in porch to escape the rain or bugs if necessary.

Beautiful Woodstove for those off season get aways.
The town of Dorset is only 5 mins away . It has Robinson's General Store featuring a hardware store,a grocery store and a gift shop. There is also an LCBO, ice cream parlour, and a restaurant in town.
