On the lower level, there's a fourth bedroom with a King sized bed and its own private bathroom with shower. The rec room has a walk-out to a private patio and private backyard.
There's a door from the kitchen leading to a covered upper deck with BBQ and seating overlooking the backyard. This home does not have central air but does have portable A/C units. There's a fully equipped laundry room on the lower level.
We rent to families only from Sunday to Sunday.
Sleeping accommodations for 10 guests max- 8 guests of any age, plus 2 additional guests under 12 years old.
Small dogs are allowed for a $100 pet fee.
