The kids may spend most of their time when not at the beach in the games room with air hockey, fuse ball, and shuffleboard tables. It could be used as a fourth bedroom as it hosts a double futon and has doors separating it from the rest of the home. A deck off the games room offers sun all day and overlooks the backyard.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a double-size bed and the third has a set of twin beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and a TV with DVD. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need including a dishwasher. The dining room has seating for 8 and doors leading onto a deck for optional outdoor entertaining.
