Recently renovated and ready for rental as of December 15, 2025, Chalet Black Eagle is a stunning log cabin located waterfront with private lake access and dock in the prestigious Domaine du Lac Fiddler, just outside Morin Heights in the Saint-Sauveur Valley. Ideal for groups of up to 12 guests, the chalet offers a wide range of on-site and nearby outdoor activities. Nestled away from neighbors and prying eyes, it guarantees peace, privacy, and relaxation to make the most of your stay. Enjoy the perfect spa and outdoor dry sauna duo for ultimate relaxation. In summer, access the outdoor pool at the Resort (a 5-minute walk from the chalet), and enjoy the indoor pool year-round. The chalet also features a pool table, indoor and outdoor wood-burning fireplaces for cozy evenings.
Spacious and Well-Equipped Chalet
This expansive chalet features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Additional amenities include satellite TV, high-speed internet (Starlink), washer & dryer. For added comfort, the chalet has heated floors on the garden level, an electric baseboard heating system upstairs, an air exchanger, and air conditioning. A central alarm system and security camera at the entrance ensure safety.

1. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the chalet. However, smoking is allowed outside the chalet (a penalty of $1000 applies in case of non-compliance with this rule). Please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.

For reasons of safety, respect for the neighbourhood and the capacity of septic and sanitary facilities, we require that the number of people indicated on the agreement be respected at all times by tenants.
