A contemporary chalet located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal, with private access to an eco-friendly, motor-free lake.
Spread over two floors, Chalet Serenia features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large play room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The outdoor spa and dry sauna are available year-round, and from May to October, a private dock gives you access to 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and a pedal boat.
Nestled on a private 45,000 sq. ft. wooded lot, this peaceful retreat ensures total privacy. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with electric baseboard heating, a centrally monitored alarm system, and a security camera at the entrance for your comfort and peace of mind.
In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended due to the slope of the private access road, despite regular snow removal.
Upper level:
The chalet's entrance is on the upper level. Upon arrival, you'll find a convenient mudroom just off the entryway. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large central island, combines elegance and practicality with its high-end appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious, light-filled dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests in a welcoming atmosphere.
The main living room is tastefully designed and generously sized, inviting you to unwind with its plush sofas, elegant armchairs, and large flat-screen TV and an indoor fireplace. Also on this level, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and ample storage space—ensuring absolute comfort and its own en-suite bathroom. Next to it, another spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and queen size bed. Each bathroom is equipped with a sleek design with a walk-in shower, modern vanity, and toilet.
Bathed in natural light, outdoor deck oversees the forest and beautifully landscaped grounds. It includes a large dining table for up to 10 people and BBQ area.
Lower level:
On the garden level, a second living room offers a playful space with a pool table, a foosball table and a wide selection of board games—perfect for lively evenings with family or friends. Two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, are tastefully appointed. A third bathroom on this floor includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.
From the large garden-level patio door, you have direct access to the hot tub, outdoor dry sauna, and cozy firepit. Just a few steps down, a private dock invites you to unwind and soak in the peaceful lake views. For gentle exploration of the shoreline, a pedal boat and paddleboard are at your disposal.
